摘 要:采用综合治理技术对高含铜量电镀废水及蒸发废水进行试验研究,分析不同废水的混合比例、反应停留时间以及pH调节值对COD去除率和铜回收率的影响。结果表明,最佳蒸发废水/碱性废水/酸性废水为1︰1︰0.5、pH调节值控制为6、反应停留时间控制为40 min时,溶液中COD去除率为33.7%,铜回收率达99.8%。该技术既降低了废水中的COD,又回收了其中的铜,为后续生化处理奠定了良好的基础。A comprehensive treatment technology is proposed as an experimental study on high copper content electroplating wastewater and evaporation wastewater. The effects of different wastewater mixing ratio, reaction time and pH on COD removal rate and copper recovery rate were analyzed. The results showed that the COD removal rate was 33.7 % and the copper recovery rate was 99.8 % when the evaporation wastewater/alkaline wastewater/acidic wastewater was 1︰1︰0.5, the pH was 6 and the reaction was 40 min. This technology not only reduces the COD in the wastewater, but also recovers the copper in it. It’s very beneficial for subsequent biochemical treatment.
