摘　　要：湖南某中药厂污水处理站建设规模为250 m^(3)/d,设计出水水质达《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值。根据该中药厂废水的水质水量情况,结合污水设施建设可用地面积少,及该废水冲击负荷大的特点,采用"气浮—外循环UASB—生物接触氧化—混凝工艺"处理该废水。创新性的采用污水外循环来增强UASB反应器性能。经过调试运行,出水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、NH_(4)^(+)-N、SS和TP稳定达标排放。外循环UASB的运用有效提高了COD_(Cr)和BOD_(5)的去除效率,提高了整套工艺耐冲击负荷能力,减少了污水处理设施用地面积,降低了一次性建设成本和运行成本。本实例详细介绍了外循环UASB及其他污水处理设备型号及装置安装方法,对可为同类型废水处理工程提供参考。The construction scale of a wastewater treatment station of a Chinese medicine factory in Hunan was 250 m^(3)/d,and the designed effluent quality was required to meet the discharge limit of water pollutants for new enterprises standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Industry (GB 21906-2008).According to the water quality and quantity of the wastewater from the traditional Chinese medicine factory,combined with the characteristics of less available land for sewage facilities construction and large impact load of the wastewater,the air flotation-external circulation UASB-biological contact oxidation-coagulation process were adopted to treat the wastewater.It was innovative to use sewage external circulation to enhance the performance of the UASB reactor.After commissioning and operation,the effluent COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),NH_(4)^(+)-N,SS,and TP met the discharge standard stably.The application of external circulation UASB could improve the removal efficiency of COD_(Cr) and BOD_(5) effectively,improve the shock load resistance capacity of the whole processes,reduce the land area of sewage treatment facilities,and reduce the one-time construction cost and operation cost.This example introduced the model and installation method of UASB and other sewage treatment equipment in detail,which could provide a reference for similar wastewater treatment projects.
