摘  要:某叶酸废水处理站采用"芬顿"工艺,出水执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级标准。2017年当地环保部门提高纳管标准,对氨氮、TN等指标提出了要求,废水站处理不能满足要求。针对叶酸废水有机氮、TN浓度高、盐分高等特点,采用"厌氧水解+缺氧+好氧+混凝沉淀"工艺。该废水处理站升级改造后,出水平均COD、苯胺、氨氮、TN分别为209.5、1.99、10.5、16.1 mg/L,稳定运行至今,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级标准与下游废水站纳管标准。The WWTP of folacin wastewater adopts the process of "FENTON", the quality of outlet water meet the Grade III standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996). In 2017, the local department improved the pipe acceptance standard, and put forward requirements for NH4-N, TN and others.The WWTP could not meet the requirements. According to the characteristics of folacin wastewater, such as high organic nitrogen, high TN, the wastewater station was upgraded. After the upgrading, the average COD, aniline, NH4-N and TN of the effluent were 209.5, 1.99, 10.5 and 16.1 mg/L respectively. The water quality can meet the Grade III standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996) and the pipe acceptance standard.
