摘  要:传统化工产业转型发展离不开高层次人才的输入。本文以锰资源化工发展为例,分析现有研究生人才培养模式面临的问题,以提高研究生培养质量,助力企业创新发展为目标,提出"双专业联合"的研究生创新培养体系和"五位一体"的研究生实践培养体系,取得了可观的人才培养效果,可为校-企深入产学研协同共赢发展提供有效路径。The transformation and development of the traditional chemical industry cannot be separated from the input of high-level talents. Taking the development of manganese resource chemical industry as an example, the problems faced by the current graduate talent training model were analyzed and aimed at improving the quality of graduate training and assisting the innovation and development of enterprises. "Two-professional joint" postgraduate innovation training system and "five-in-one" postgraduate practice training system were proposed and have achieved considerable talent training results. This can provide an effective path for the school-enterprise in-depth collaboration and win-win development of production, education and research.
