摘 要:某铜选厂设计前开展了简单的选铁试验,根据试验结果,设计采用磁选机对伴生铁矿物进行了综合回收利用。但是,随着生产矿石性质变化,磁选铁精矿品位无法达到设计要求。对铁精矿进行分析后发现,硅酸铁含量的增加影响了铁精矿品位。为提高铁精矿的品位,试验单位采用离心机对铁精矿进行试验研究,可使铁精矿品位达到62%以上。Before the design of a copper concentrator in Tibet,a simple iron concentration experiment was carried out.According to the results,the magnetic separator was designed to comprehensively recycle the associated iron minerals.However,as the nature of the produced ore changes,the grade of the magnetic separation iron concentrate cannot meet the design requirements.After analyzing the iron concentrate,it is found that the increase in iron silicate content affects the grade of the iron concentrate.In order to improve the grade of iron ore concentrate,centrifuges were used to conduct experimental research on iron ore concentrate,which can make the grade of iron ore concentrate reach more than 62%.
