摘 要:该文介绍了东大院开发的“集约型破碎电解质输送系统”,通过优化设计,降低系统的投资、运行成本,减少了对电解车间物流的影响和系统的污染物排放量,提高了电解槽内氟化盐熔解的均匀性和电解质成分的稳定性,解决了现有破碎电解质和氟化盐输送系统中存在的问题,经济、社会和环境效益显著,值得推广应用。This paper introduces the"conveying system of intensive crushed electrolytic"which was developed by NEUI(Northeastern University Engineering&Research Institute Co.,Ltd.).The system lowers the investment and operation cost by optimized design.The optimized design of the system reduces the influence on the potroom logistics,and decreases its pollutant discharge amount.It also improves the melted uniformity of fluoride salts and the component stability of electrolyte in electrolytic cells.Besides,it solves the problems that existed in available crushed electrolyte and fluoride salts conveying systems.It is worth promoting based on its outstanding benefits on economy,society and the environment.
