摘 要:TiAl合金作为一种金属间化合物,具有低密度、高强度、良好的高温力学性能及抗氧化性等优点,要想使其得到广泛应用,TiAl自身及TiAl与其它材料的连接技术是亟需解决的问题。近年来,主要采用的方法为电子束焊、激光焊等熔焊方法和扩散焊、摩擦焊、自蔓延高温合成反应焊等固态焊接方法。研究发现,熔焊的缺点较为显著,主要表现为焊接热裂倾向严重,焊缝的裂纹敏感度很高。相比之下,固态焊接能够避免在熔焊过程中出现的与熔化和凝固有关的一些焊接缺陷,显示出良好的应用前景。As an intermetallic compound,TiAl alloy has the advantages of low density,high strength,good high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance.To make it widely used,TiAl itself and the joining technology between TiAl and other materials are problems that need to be solved urgently.In recent years,the main methods used are fusion welding methods such as electron beam welding and laser welding,and solid-state welding methods such as diffusion welding,friction welding,and self-propagating high-temperature synthesis reaction welding.The study found that the shortcomings of fusion welding are more significant,mainly manifested in the serious tendency of welding hot cracking,and the crack sensitivity of the weld is very high.In contrast,solid state welding can avoid some welding defects related to melting and solidification in the fusion welding process,showing a good application prospect.
