摘 要:文中基于供需耦合系统视角,从物流供给、物流需求和物流环境三个系统构建了区域物流供需耦合系统协同发展评价指标体系,收集2012—2016年京津冀地区物流业的相关数据,采用数据包络分析法(DEA)对京津冀地区物流业协同发展进行评价。结果表明:京津冀三地物流业协同发展水平不平衡,北京市高于天津市,天津市高于河北省;京津冀地区总体协同发展水平低于北京市,高于天津市和河北省,发展效度较低,协同发展水平还需要进一步提高。Based on the perspective of supply and demand coupling system,this paper constructs a synergetic evaluation index system for the supply and demand coupling system of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the three systems of logistics supply,logistics demand and logistics environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The relevant data from 2012 to 2016 were collected,and the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to evaluate the synergetic development of the logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that the synergetic degree of supply and demand coupling system of Beijing logistics industry is higher than Tianjin,and Tianjin is higher than Hebei province.The synergetic degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is lower than Beijing,higher than Tianjin and Hebei,the scale effiency is the lowest,to the synergetic development should be promoted.
