摘  要:针对企业处理紧急订单问题时可能带来的订单延期交付问题,以某车灯制造企业为研究对象,基于Witness构建生产系统仿真模型,首先,通过设置元素到达类型,实现了紧急订单的动态插单过程;其次,对在制品品种优化设置,尽量减少了各订单的延期交付时间;最后,比较机器故障设置去除前后各订单仿真完工期的变化,体现偶发因素对生产系统的波动影响。Aiming at the problem of delayed delivery of orders that may occur when an enterprise deals with emergency orders,a production system simulation model was built based on Witness with an automobile light manufacturing enterprise as the research object.Firstly,the dynamic insertion process of emergency orders was realized by setting the element arrival type;Secondly,the varieties of products in process are optimized to reduce the delayed delivery time of each order;Finally,the variation of the simulation completion period of each order before and after the removal of the machine fault setting is compared to reflect the fluctuating influence of contingency factors on the production system.
