摘　　要：目的系统评价关节镜肩峰下减压术与非手术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的临床疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、中国知网、维普、万方数据库,纳入关节镜肩峰下减压术(试验组)与非手术(对照组)治疗肩峰下撞击综合征疗效比较的随机对照试验。比较2组治疗后疼痛评分与随访6个月、1年、2年时肩关节功能评分,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入6篇文献进行Meta分析,共714例,其中试验组344例,对照组370例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组与对照组治疗后疼痛评分与随访6个月、1年、2年时肩关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论目前证据表明关节镜肩峰下减压术与非手术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的临床疗效相当。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic subacromial decompression versus conservative treatment for shoulder impingement syndrome.Methods Through computer retrieval PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,CNKI,Vip,Wanfang Database,a randomized controlled trial was included to compare the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic subacromial decompression(experimental group)and non-operative(control group)in the treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome.The pain scores of the two groups after treatment,and the shoulder function scores of the two groups at 6 months,1 year and 2 years of follow-up were compared.Meta-analysis was performed using ReMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 6 documents were included for meta-analysis,there were 714 cases,including 344 in the experimental group and 370 in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the pain score after treatment and the shoulder joint function score of 6 months,1 year and 2 years of follow-up between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of meta-analysis indicate that there is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between arthroscopic subacromial decompression and non-operative treatment for shoulder impingement syndrome.
