摘  要:目的为满足现代医院发展需求,设计更为精细的医院中层管理干部培训体系。方法分业务主任、行政主任及护士长三类建立不同胜任力模型,结合问卷调查结果,运用SPSS21.0软件的因子分析法进行统计学分析,应用重要性-可塑性矩阵进行胜任力培训方式筛选。结果建立中层管理干部"三链同构"胜任力培训体系包括:(1)以能力提升需求模块为核心设计的理论培训链;(2)匹配理论培训项目,以"擂台赛"形式设计的实践学习链;(3)以业务主任"专业技能"模块为主,设计的业务主任专技专培链。结论该培训体系更适应现代医院对中层管理干部能力提升需要,具有更高的实用性和可操作性。Objective:In order to meet the development needs of modern hospitals,a more sophisticated training system for mid-level management cadres in hospitals is designed.Method:The different competency models were established by business director,administrative director and head nurse.Combined with the questionnaire survey results,the factor analysis method of SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the material-plasticity matrix was used to screen the competency training methods.Result:The establishment of a"three-chain isomorphism"competency training system for mid-level management cadres includes:(1)the theoretical training chain designed with the capability improvement demand module as the core;(2)a practical learning chain designed in the form of"challenge competition"to match theoretical training projects;(3)The professional training chain of the business director is designed based on the"professional skills"module of the business director.Conclusion:This training system is more suitable for modern hospitals to enhance the ability of mid-level management cadres,which has higher practicability and operability.
