摘 要:二苯乙烯衍生物作为一种有机材料,具有光电性能良好、极化率高、共轭度高等优势,被广泛地应用于光学信息存储、三维信息存储等各个领域中,并取得了良好的应用效果,因此,该有机材料被称为“光学声色团”。本研究用钯催化Heck反应合成了3种不同取代基大π-共轭的1,2-二苯乙烯,其结构经元素分析,IR和1H NMR表征。对合成方法进行了优化,反应温度对Heck反应影响最大,比较适宜的温度选定在120℃,反应时间为24 h,催化剂选择醋酸钯,DMF作为溶剂,Et 3N作为缚酸剂,可以获得较高的产率。As an organic material,stilbene derivatives have the advantages of good photoelectric performance,high polarizability and high conjugation,and thus are widely used in the fields of optical and 3D information storage and show good application prospect.Therefore,this kind of organic material is usually called the optical acoustic chromophore.In this paper,threeπ-conjugated 1,2-stilbene with different substitutions were synthesized by Heck reaction and catalyzed by palladium.Their structures were characterized and confirmed by elemental analysis,FT-IR and 1H NMR.The synthesis method was optimized and the results showed that temperature plays the most important role in controlling the Heck reaction.The appropriate temperature is around 120℃.Under the conditions of reaction time being 24h,palladium acetate being the catalyst,DMF being the solvent and Et3N being the acid binding agent,a higher yield of the organic material can be obtained.
