摘  要:在风致荷载往复作用下,风力发电机基础产生的疲劳损伤破坏不容忽视,因此文章建立了风力机"地基-基础-塔架-叶片"的一体化耦联模型。该模型基于混凝土塑性损伤本构,研究了风致荷载作用对基础损伤分布的影响,随着风致荷载的增加,揭示了基础不同部位损伤演化发展的过程。在不同风致荷载比作用下,其对风力机基础损伤的分布区域及特征位置影响不同,靠近基础钢环两侧的混凝土损伤较严重,且随着风载的施加,该区域混凝土开裂较早,是基础结构的薄弱部位,运行期须要重点关注该区域损伤破坏的发展情况。可通过加强钢环内外侧配筋或改善钢环体型来满足风力机安全稳定运行的要求。The fatigue damage of the foundation of a wind turbine under the reciprocating action of wind-induced loads cannot be ignored.An integrated wind turbine coupling model of"foundation-foundation-tower-blade"is established.Based on the plastic damage constitutive structure of concrete,the influence distribution of foundation damage under the action of wind load is studied;it reveals the evolution and development process of damage in different parts of the foundation as the wind-induced load increases.Research shows that different wind load ratios have a greater impact on the distribution area and characteristic location of the wind turbine foundation damage.The concrete damage on both sides of the foundation steel ring is more serious,and with the application of wind load,the concrete in this area cracks earlier,is the weak part of the infrastructure.During the operation period,it is necessary to focus on the development of damage and destruction in this area.The requirements for safe and stable operation of wind turbines can be met by strengthening the inner and outer reinforcement of the steel ring or improving the shape of the steel ring.
