影响轴瓦三元(Pb-Sn-Cu)镀层质量的因素及分析

摘　　要：介绍了轴瓦的用途、结构形式等,并指出了国内常用的轴瓦形式。对于轴瓦镀层,国外的研究及应用要早于国内,三元镀层的应用可以提高轴瓦的硬度、耐腐蚀性、嵌藏性等,满足使用要求。轴瓦三元镀层的质量会受到许多因素的影响,主要有前处理、镀层组分、镀液、挂具等,只有每个环节都不出错,才会得到合格的镀层。随着科技的发展,轴瓦的材料及镀层的制得方式也在不断的向前发展。The use and structure of the bearing bush been introduced,and the commonly used bearing been pointed out in China.For bearing coating,domestic research and application are earlier than domestic.The application of ternary coating can improve the haidness,corrosion resistance,embedding,etc.to meet the requirements of use.The quality of bearing ternary coating will be affected by many factors.Mainly include pretreatment,coating composition,plating solution,hanger,etc.Only if there is no error in every link,you can gen qualified coating.With the development of science and technology,the marerials and coating methods of bearing bushed are also constantly moving forward.
