摘 要:长臂综采时适用于厚煤层开采的主要方式,长臂综采的工艺参数大多依据经验确定,采用MATLAB分析的方式对采放比及放煤间距的影响作用进行分析,从而对开采参数进行优化。结果表明,采放比的增加会增加顶煤的放出量及顶煤的放出率,但过高的采放比会造成顶煤放出率的降低;放煤间距的增加对于顶煤的放出率的影响较为复杂,呈现变化性的影响。进行长臂综采时,根据实际的矿井条件,确定最优化的工艺参数。The main way of long arm fully mechanized mining is suitable for thick coal seam mining.The technological parameters of long arm fully mechanized mining are mostly determined according to experience,and the influence of MATLAB analysis on mining ratio and coal spacing was analyzed.The mining parameters were optimized.The results showed that the increase of mining-discharge ratioimproved the release of top coal,but too high mining-discharge ratio lead to the decrease of top coal release rate,and the increase of coal spacing had a more complex effect on the release rate of top coal.According to the actual mine conditions,the optimized process parameters were determined.
