选煤厂浮选精煤脱水系统的改造探析

摘　　要：为提高选煤厂浮选精煤的效能,基于某选煤厂运行概况,针对其存在的浮精与浮尾灰分偏低,所用的加压过滤机实际处理能力不足等问题,提出了增加1台精煤板框压滤机的改造措施,并科学合理的布设了该精煤板框压滤机,实际应用结果表明,通过此次改造,提高了浮选抽出率,浮选机处理能力得到了有效发挥,低灰煤泥几乎不再进入浓缩机,提高了尾矿灰分,达到了进一步提高选煤厂浮选效能的目的。In order to improve the efficiency of flotation clean coal in coal preparation plant,based on the operation situation of a coal preparation plant,aiming at the problems of low floating essence and low ash content of floating tail and insufficient actual treatment capacity of pressurized filter,the reform measures of adding a clean coal plate frame filter press are put forward,and the clean coal plate frame filter press is arranged scientifically and reasonably.The practical application results show that the flotation extraction rate is improved,the treatment capacity of flotation machine is effectively brought into play,the low ash slime is almost no longer entered into the concentrator,the tailings ash content is improved,and the flotation efficiency of the coal preparation plant is further improved.
