摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速,固体废弃物(统称固体垃圾)的产量急剧增加,传统的焚烧、填埋等处理方案存在环境污染大、成本高、效率低的不足,已经无法满足新形势下固体垃圾的处理需求,因此提出了一种新的固体垃圾处理技术。该技术以低温热解为核心,实现了对固体垃圾的无害化处理,同时采用热循环的方式解决了集中供热对石化燃料消耗大的不足。根据实际应用表明,该新的固体垃圾处理方案能够将处理成本降低14%,将处理效率提升7.6%,对推进固体垃圾的绿色处理具有十分重要的意义。With the acceleration of urbanization,the output of solid waste(solid waste)has increased sharply,and the traditional treatment schemes such as incineration and landfill have the disadvantages of large environmental pollution,high cost and low efficiency,which can no longer meet the needs of solid waste treatment under the new situation.Therefore,a new solid waste treatment technology is proposed.The technology takes low temperature pyrolysis as the core,realizes the harmless treatment of solid waste,and solves the shortage of central heating for petrochemical fuel consumption by means of heat circulation.According to the practical application,the new solid waste treatment scheme can reduce the treatment cost by 14%and improve the treatment efficiency by 7.6%,which is of great significance to promote the green treatment of solid waste.
