摘　　要：民族传统法制文化是民族地区基层社会自治的规范基础,它与朴素的民间道德相映照,能够助益基于法律的基层治理。伴随社会环境的深刻变化,认同弱化、反应迟滞、机制异化等问题在逐渐减损民族传统法制文化的活力,同时也影响到其支撑和恢复地方社会内生性秩序的功能。“借道”传统民间社会组织,有助于民族传统法制文化嵌入地方冲突治理,实现社会规范整合、核心价值趋同与定纷止争的多重目的。The national traditional legal culture is the normative basis of grassroots social autonomy in ethnic areas,which reflects with simple folk morality and will be of benefit to grassroots governance based on law.With the profound changes in social environment,problems such as weak identity,slow response and alienation of mechanism are gradually weakening the vitality of national traditional legal culture,and at the same time affecting its function of supporting and restoring the endogenous order of local society.The paper holds that with the help of traditional civil organizations,the legal culture in ethnic regions can be better integrated into the local dispute settling,and the multiple purposes of integrating social norms,converging core values and settling disputes can be easily realized.
