摘　　要：目的:了解江西省居民健康相关生命质量状况及其影响因素,为制定健康干预政策提供依据。方法:采用我国EQ-5D-3L量表测度居民的健康相关生命质量,并通过Tobit回归模型分析其影响因素。结果:共得到有效问卷1480份,居民生命质量5维度有问题比例从高到低依次为疼痛/不适(31.07%)、焦虑/抑郁(15.60%)、日常活动能力(8.99%)、行动能力(7.36%)、自我照顾能力(5.34%);年龄、文化程度、职业类型、慢性病患病情况、个人月收入、家庭氛围、居住环境是居民健康效用值的影响因素。结论:江西省居民健康相关生命质量较差,需关注重点人群的健康状况,推行慢性病患者自我健康管理模式。Objective:To understand the status and influencing factors of Health-Related Quality of Life(HRQoL)of residents in Jiangxi province,so as to provide a basis for proposing health intervention policies.Methods:The EQ-5D-3L Scale was used to measure the HRQoL of residents,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Tobit regression model.Results:A total of 1480 valid questionnaires were obtained.Among 5 dimensions of residents'quality of life,the problematic ratio ranged from the highest to the lowest was pain/discomfort(31.07%),anxiety/depression(15.60%),mobility(8.99%),usual activities(7.36%),and self-care(5.34%).Age,education level,occupation type,chronic disease status,personal monthly income,family atmosphere and living environment were the influencing factors of residents'health utility value.Conclusion:The HRQoL of residents in Jiangxi is poor.It's necessary to pay attention to the health condition of key groups and carry out the self-health management mode of patients with chronic diseases.
