摘 要:钛液浓缩是钛白粉生产中能耗较高的工序,蒸汽机械再压缩(MVR)技术具有节能效果显著、操作条件温和等特点,在钛白粉等无机盐行业中得到了越来越多的应用。简要介绍了钛液MVR蒸发浓缩技术原理,给出了系统中的关键设计参数。为了避免压缩机产生应力腐蚀破坏及蒸发器结垢堵塞,对钛液MVR浓缩系统的压缩及换热问题进行了探讨,提出了钛液MVR蒸发浓缩系统的罗茨压缩机耦合横管降膜蒸发器的硬件匹配方案。Titanium solution concentration was a process with high energy consumption in the production of titanium dioxide.MVR technology had the characteristics of significant energy saving effect and mild operating conditions.It had been increasingly used in the inorganic salt industry such as titanium dioxide.The principle of MVR evaporation and concentration technology of titanium liquid was briefly introduced,and the key design parameters in the system were given.In order to avoid the stress corrosion damage of the compressor and the fouling and clogging of the evaporator,the compression and heat exchange problems of the titanium liquid MVR concentration system were discussed.The hardware matching scheme of the Roots compressor coupled with the horizontal tube falling film evaporator of the titanium liquid MVR evaporation concentration system was proposed.
