摘 要:目前,各种零件的渗碳工艺大多是在井式气体渗碳炉中进行的。人们对电阻炉的爆炸危险认识存在不足,设备操作规程和安全培训中也很少提及其危险性。对某滴注式气体渗碳炉的爆炸原因进行了分析,通过现场勘验、鉴定和实验室检验,分析了气体渗碳炉爆炸的原因。At present,most of the carburizing process of various parts was carried out in a well-type gas carburizing furnace.People were not sufficiently aware of the explosion hazard of resistance furnaces,and their hazards were rarely mentioned in the equipment operating regulations and safety training.The cause of the explosion of a drip-type gas carburizing furnace was analyzed,and the cause of the explosion of the gas carburizing furnace was analyzed through on-site inspection,appraisal and laboratory inspection.
