摘　　要：海底石油管道在使用过程中受到外力破坏,需要进行修复,若在抢修过程中操作失误会对石油管道造成二次破坏,产生更严重的后果。简述了在役受损海底管线修复作业的施工流程,对施工过程中存在的主要安全风险进行了分析,并提出了建议性的风险预防措施。The submarine oil pipeline was damaged by external force during use and needed to be repaired.If the operation was wrong in the process of emergency repair,it would cause secondary damage to the oil pipeline,resulting in more serious consequences.The construction process of repairing damaged submarine pipelines in service was briefly described,and the main safety risks in the construction were analyzed,and then suggested risk prevention measures were put forward.
