摘　　要：通过对W12y-25×2000型四辊卷板机液压系统串联油缸同步控制油路进行分析,提出了将串联同步液压控制系统改进成并联油缸并增加电控高精度同步纠偏系统,以提高卷板机工作辊升降的同步精度和位移精度。Through the analysis of the oil circuit of the series oil cylinder synchronous control of the hydraulic system of W12y-25×2000 four roll bending machine,the series synchronous hydraulic control system is improved to the parallel oil cylinder,and the electric control high-precision synchronous rectification system is added,so as to improve the synchronous precision and displacement precision of the work roll lifting of the plate bending machine.
