摘  要:为给钢构件提供最佳的防腐蚀保护设计,选择广州区域内具有典型大气环境特点的9个变电站,通过现场大气腐蚀试验,确定了广州腐蚀严重地区属C3级大气环境。考虑到变电站室外设备可能处于泄漏电流、杂散电流与复杂大气环境的协同作用下,对目前变电站主要采用的热镀锌和热镀锌加防腐蚀涂层保护体系进行了实验室模拟带电流中性盐雾加速腐蚀试验、带电流二氧化硫加速试验及紫外光老化试验,结果表明,试样带电流会加速锌层的腐蚀;但对于锌层加聚氨酯涂层的双涂层体系没有大的影响。基于上述试验结果,对C3大气环境下变电站所采用的热镀锌及热镀锌加涂漆防腐蚀体系进行了探讨,结果表明:针对广州C3大气环境,变电站内主要采用的热镀锌体系可能无法满足防腐蚀年限要求,需要适当增加热镀锌层的厚度,或采用在热镀锌层表面再涂装防腐蚀涂层的工艺来进一步提高材料的耐腐蚀性,但在漆层的选择上需要科学合理。锌层上醇酸涂层黏附性差,而丙烯酸涂层或聚氨酯涂层附着力良好。In this work,9 substations with typical atmospheric environment characteristics were selected and carried out the atmospheric corrosion tests on-site in Guangzhou area,and the test suggested that the severe atmospheric corrosion grade of Guangzhou belonged to C3 grade atmospheric environment.Considering that the outdoor equipment of substations might be in the complex atmospheric environment with synergistic effects of leakage current and stray current,the laboratory simulated neutral salt spray accelerated corrosion test with current,charged current sulfur dioxide acceleration corrosion test and ultraviolet aging test were carried out for the hot dip galvanizing coating and hot dip galvanzing coating plus anti-corrosion coating protection system(duplex coating system),which were mainly used in the substation.Results showed that the corrosion of zinc coating was accelerated by the current,but it had no significant effect on the double coating system of zinc coating and polyurethane coating.Based on the above test results,the anti-corrosion systems of hot dip galvanizing coating or duplex coating system used in substations in C3 atmospheric environment was discussed.Results showed that the hot dip galvanizing coating system used in most substations was probably not able to meet the requirement of anti-corrosion period under C3 atmospheric environment,and the corrosion resistance of materials needed to be improved by appropriately adding the thickness of hot dip galvanizing coating or post-treating the hot dip galvanizing coating with another anti-corrosion technique.The select of coating layer should be scientific and reasonable.The alkyd layer had a poor adhesion property to the galvanizing coating,while the acrylic acid layer or the polyurethane layer had a good adhesion property.
