摘  要:为了开发更加绿色、安全、环保的无铬钝化工艺,从无机盐体系、有机物体系和有机-无机复合体系3个方面综述了国内外镀锌层表面无铬钝化工艺的研究进展,指出现有的单一体系无铬钝化液缓蚀效果不佳,采用无机盐复合、有机物复合和无机-有机复合的无铬钝化工艺均可提高锌表面耐蚀性,其中复合磷化工艺曾广泛投入工业应用,随着环境意识的提升,其运用范围逐渐受到限制。有机-无机复合无铬钝化工艺打破了无铬钝化工艺研发技术的瓶颈,是最有可能取代铬酸盐钝化的工艺。无铬钝化工艺研究仍具有较大的提升空间,开发单一的新型无机、有机缓蚀剂及新型有机-无机混合缓蚀剂仍然是镀锌层表面无铬钝化工艺的研究热点。In order to develop a more green,safe and environmental friendly chromium-free passivation process,the research progress of chromium-free passivation process on the surface of zinc coating at home and abroad was reviewed from three aspects of inorganic salt system,organic matter system and organic-inorganic composite system.Results showed that the existing single system chromium-free passivation solution had poor corrosion inhibition effect,and the chromium-free passivation process of inorganic salt composite,organic matter composite and inorganic-organic composite was adopted to improve the corrosion resistance of zinc surface,among which the composite phosphating process had been widely used in industry.With the improvement of environmental awareness,the application range of composite phosphate process was gradually limited.The organic-inorganic compound chromate-free passivation process broke the bottleneck of chromate-free passivation process research,and was the most likely to replace chromate passivation process.However,there was still much room for improvement in the research of chromium-free passivation process.The development of a single new type of inorganic and organic inhibitor and a new type of organic-inorganic mixed inhibitor was still the research hotspot of chromium-free passivation process on zinc coating in the future.
