摘 要:铸造镁合金壳体不同程度地存在缩孔、沙眼等内部缺陷,易出现工作液渗漏。该类渗漏有渗漏量小、渗漏点多、难以精确定位等特点,用焊接等技术难以根本解决问题。针对此问题,采用与壳体相同材料的铸镁合金制作试样,自制封孔剂,使用刷涂的方法封孔,并结合产品特点制定了工艺流程。通过试验表明,试片表面粗糙度越高,封孔剂与基体的结合力越好。封孔后试样的耐油性和耐蚀性都较好。验证性试验证明,封孔后壳体的性能可以满足实际使用的要求。优化后的工艺操作简单,且满足产品质量要求,可直接应用于特殊环境下铸镁合金壳体封孔修理,具有很好的经济效益和技术应用前景。Due to the various degrees of internal defects(e.g.shrinkage,corroded points)in cast magnesium alloy shell,the fluid is easy to leakage.This kind of leakage has the characteristics of small leakage,many leakage points and difficulties to accurate locating position.Therefore,it is hard to solve the problem with welding technology.For this,in this work,the cast magnesium alloy with the same material as the generator was used to make the sample.The self-made sealant and method of brushing coating were used to seal the hole.Meanwhile,the technological process was established combining with the characteristics of the products.Results showed that higher surface roughness of samples could make the better bonding between sealant and matrix.The samples after sealing had good oil resistance and corrosion resistance.The verification experiment on the generator shell proved that the property of cast magnesium alloy shell after sealing could meet the requirements of real usage.This optimized process was easy to operate and could meet the quality requirements of products.This process could be directly applied to sealing-treatment of cast magnesium alloy shell in special environment,indicating the good economic benefit,quality benefit and application prospect of technology.
