山西省临汾市隰县药用植物资源普查概况

摘　　要：目的通过调查山西省临汾市隰县药用植物资源种类、分布、数量等现状,为当地药用植物野生资源保护及可持续利用提供依据。方法依据《全国中药资源普查技术规范》,采用线路踏查、样地调查和实地走访等形式,结合现代技术,对隰县药用植物资源进行普查,并统计分析。结果本次普查工作覆盖6个乡镇37个样地,共计185个套方,1110个样方,涵盖野生药用植物种类131种,包括蕨类植物、裸子植物和被子植物三大类群,其中优势科主要集中在蔷薇科、菊科、豆科、百合科和唇形科,中药材种植资源有赤芍、丹参、射干、苍术、穿山龙、黄精等。结论山西省临汾市隰县野生药用植物资源具有生物多样性,应加强野生药用植物资源的保护力度及种植资源的规范化指导。Objective To investigate the species, distribution and quantity of medicinal plant resources in Xi County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province;To provide scientific basis for the protection and sustainable utilization of wild resources of local medicinal plants. Methods Based on the technical specifications of the national TCM resource census, medicinal plant resources were researched and statistically analyzed by means of line exploration, sample field investigation and field interview combined with modern technology. Results In the present survey, 37 sample plots, 185 sets of square and 1110 quadrats in 6 townships were investigated, and 131 species of wild medicinal plants were counted, including ferns, gymnosperms and angiosperms. The dominant families were mainly concentrated on Leguminosae, Rosaceae, Compositae, Liliaceae and Labiatae. Only a few planting resources of Chinese materia medica were found, including Paeoniae Radix, Miltiorrhiza Salvia, Blackberrylily Rhizome, Atractylodis Rhizome, Discoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma and Polygonatum Kingianum. Conclusion The wild medicinal plant resources in Xi County are rich in biodiversity. Therefore, the protection of wild medicinal plant resources and the standardized planting guidance need to be strengthened.
