从肺论治肝脓肿胸腹水兼电解质紊乱一则

摘　　要：迄今临床对肝脓肿合并大量胸腹水兼电解质紊乱的治疗颇为棘手。本文介绍中医从肺论治,辨证为痰热阻肺、脾虚水停证,治以清肺化痰、宣肺降气、通调水道、健脾益气利水,方用小陷胸加防己黄芪汤加减,使胸腹水消退,并纠正电解质及低蛋白血症,效果显著。It has been very difficult to treat liver abscess complicated with pleural ascites and electrolyte disorders.This article introduced the treatment of liver abscess complicated with pleural ascites and electrolyte disorders from the perspective of lung,which is diagnosed as phlegm-heat lung stasis,spleen deficiency and water retention.Therefore,it is necessary to clear the lung and reduce phlegm,lower qi,regulate water channels,strengthen spleen,tonify qi and make water diuretic.Combination of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction is prescribed to reduce pleural ascites,correct electrolyte and hypoproteinemia,with obvious efficacy.
