摘 要:中药具有多成分、多靶点、多途径的特点,如何富集中药有效部位,增强临床药理作用及疗效是中药研究的关键,也是中药新药开发的重要方向之一。本文对中药有效部位研究现状,中药提取、纯化、分离技术,有效部位追踪筛选方法做一综述,并探讨不同提取技术及有效部位追踪筛选方法的优缺点,为中药有效部位基础研究提供参考。Chinese materia medica has the characteristics of multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple pathways.How to enrich the effective parts of Chinese materia medica to enhance clinical pharmacological effects and efficacy is the key to research on Chinese materia medica and one of the important directions of development of new Chinese materia medica.This article reviewed the current research status of effective parts of Chinese materia medica,extraction,purification,and separation technology of Chinese materia medica,and tracking and screening methods of effective parts,and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction technology and tracking and screening methods for effective parts,in order to provide consult for basic research on effective parts of Chinese materia medica.
