病灶剔除术联合复方醋酸棉酚和曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症疗效及可行性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术后联合复方醋酸棉酚片和曼月乐治疗的疗效及可行性。方法:选择子宫腺肌症患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为手术组与联合组各36例。手术组给予病灶剔除术治疗,联合组在手术组治疗的基础上在术后给予复方醋酸棉酚片联合曼月乐治疗,记录两组预后效果。结果:两组术后1个月、术后3个月的子宫腺肌症病灶面积、子宫体积、疼痛评分低于术前(均P<0.05),联合组低于手术组(均P<0.05);两组术后1个月、术后3个月的血红蛋白高于术前(均P<0.05),联合组高于手术组(P<0.05);两组术后6个月复发率对比,联合组低于手术组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术后联合复方醋酸棉酚片和曼月乐治疗能减少病灶面积、子宫体积,缓解痛经程度,促进患者血红蛋白的恢复,降低复发率。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of combined treatment with compound gossypol acetate tablets and Mirena after adenomyosis lesion removal.Methods:72 cases of patients with adenomyosis were selected and divided into operation group and combined group,with 36 cases in each groups.The operation group was treated with lesion removal,and the combined group was treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with Mirena on the basis of the operation group.The prognostic effects of the two groups were recorded.Results:The adenomyosis lesion area,uterine volume,and pain scores of the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation were lower than those before operation,and the combined group was lower than the operation group(all P<0.05).The hemoglobin of the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation were higher than that before operation,and the combined group were higher than the operation group(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group 6 months after operation was lower than that of the operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with compound gossypol acetate and Mirena after adenomyosis lesion removal can promote the reduction of lesion area and uterine volume,relieve the degree of dysmenorrhea,and promote the recovery of hemoglobin,and reduce the recurrence rate.
