摘　　要：目的:分析高社光名中医运用"益气养阴、化瘀祛风"治疗原发性干燥综合征(PSS)的辨证经验,为临床解决PSS提供新的思路和证据。方法:通过查阅大量高社光名中医治疗PSS的相关文献,收集病例,以PSS患者为研究对象,以"益气养阴、化瘀祛风"为治疗原则,选用基础方剂治疗本病,分别从病因病机、治疗特色、方义探析三个方面进行论述。结果:高老师认为阴津亏虚是根本,瘀血是本病发展和缠绵不愈的重要原因。本病为本虚标实,气阴两虚,津枯液涸,脏腑不荣虚,经脉瘀阻,瘀毒互结为实。益气则津生,滋阴则水津四布,全身脏腑组织官窍得以充养,祛风使脏腑经络气血功能、津液代谢得到恢复,化瘀则气血调畅,津液流布,益气养阴、化瘀祛风四法并用可显著改善PSS患者临床症状及体征。结论:高社光名中医运用"益气养阴、化瘀祛风"治疗PSS临床疗效明显。Objective:To analyze Gao Sheguang’s dialectical experience in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome(PSS)on the basis of“replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin,removing blood stasis and dispelling wind”,so as to provide new insights and evidence for clinical solutions to PSS.Methods:By consulting a large number of relevant literatures on the treatment of PSS by professor Gao Sheguang,case collection was performed by taking PSS patients as the objects of study in accordance with the treatment principle of“replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin,removing blood stasis and dispelling wind”.A self-made basic prescription was used to treat the disease,and the treatment of PSS was discussed from three aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment characteristics and mechanism of prescription.Results:Based on own clinical experience for many years,Professor Gao believes that the deficiency of body fluid is the root cause of PSS and blood stasis is an important reason for the development and lingering of the disease.PSS is a deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity,of which deficiency of both Qi and Yin,dry body fluid and dysfunction of viscera as the deficiency syndromes,while stasis of meridians,and blood stasis with toxin accumulation as the excess syndromes.Replenishing Qi can promote the secretion of body fluid,nourishing Yin can promote the widespread distribution of body fluid,so that the viscera and organs of the whole body can be nourished,dispelling wind can restores the Qi and blood function of the viscera and meridians,and restore body fluid metabolism,while removing blood stasis can regulate Qi and blood,and stimulate the distribution of body fluid all over the body.Consequently,“replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin,removing blood stasis and dispelling wind”can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of PSS patients.Conclusion:Gao Sheguang’s use of“replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin,removing blood stasis and dispelling wind”has obvious clinical curative effects in the treatment of PSS.
