摘　　要：目的:研究鼠神经生长因子(NGF)穴位注射联合Bobath法治疗运动发育迟缓患儿的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将80例运动发育迟缓患者分为治疗组(42例)与对照组(38例),其中对照组给予Bobath法,观察组在对照组基础上加用NGF穴位注射。比较两组患儿治疗前后运动发育情况、运动功能和血乳酸水平,并评估疗效。结果:治疗组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后运动发育指标、运动功能指标均高于对照组,血乳酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NGF穴位注射联合Bobath法应用于运动发育迟缓患儿中,可促进运动发育以及运动功能的恢复,改善血乳酸水平,提高总体疗效。Objective:To study the effect of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)combined with Bobath method in the treatment of children with motor development retardation.Methods:According to random number table method,80 children with motor development retardation were divided into treatment group(42 cases)and control group(38 cases).Patients in the control group were treated by Bobath method,while patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of NGF based on the treatment of control group.The motor development,motor function and blood lactic acid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Curative effect was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor development indexes and motor function indexes in treatment group were higher than those in control group,while the blood lactic acid level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying acupoint injection of NGF combined with Bobath method in children with motor development retardation can promote motor development and motor function recovery while increasing blood lactic acid level and improving overall curative effect.
