摘　　要：平衡功能障碍是脑卒中后患者常见的神经功能缺陷之一,很大程度上影响患者的步行能力及生存质量。本文整理和总结了近10年来国内针刺治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的最新研究进展,较系统了解针灸对该病的影响,并分别从单纯针刺疗法、针刺协同其他疗法等两大方面,整理和论述了运用芒针、头皮针、针刺夹脊穴、针刺躯干肌、针刺阴、阳跷脉等单纯疗法及针刺配合电针、康复训练、穴位埋线及现实虚拟训练等相应综合疗法对卒中后平衡功能障碍的评定方法及疗效,提出无论是单纯针刺或是综合疗法都可有效改善卒中患者的平衡功能,同时指出对于脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的干预治疗仍然存在可发展的空间,也应加强针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的基础研究。Balance dysfunction is one of the common neurological deficits in post-stroke patients,which greatly affects the walking ability and quality of life of patients.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke in China in recent 10 years,and systematically understands the influence of acupuncture on the disease.From two aspects of simple acupuncture therapy and acupuncture combined with other therapies,this paper sorts out and discusses the use of awn needle,scalp needle,Jiaji point,trunk muscle,Yin and Yang qiaomai and other simple therapies and acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,rehabilitation training,acupoint catgut embedding and virtual reality training were used to evaluate the balance dysfunction after stroke.It was proposed that acupuncture alone or comprehensive therapy could effectively improve the balance function of stroke patients.At the same time,it was pointed out that there was still room for development in the intervention treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke,and acupuncture should also be strengthened basic research on moxibustion in the treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke.
