烟气制酸SO_(2)风机润滑系统故障分析及解决措施

摘　　要：本文介绍了冶炼烟气制酸系统中SO_(2)风机的重要性及其润滑系统的基本原理。运行过程中SO_(2)风机润滑系统辅助油泵在SO_(2)风机正常开启后无法停止,对故障进行分析,对一级压力控制阀进行改造,并加工补偿片安装于阀门弹簧顶部后,当润滑管路油压达到0.8 MPa,阀门自动打开。阀门改造后解决了辅助油泵无法停运的问题,提高了SO_(2)风机润滑系统的稳定性,延长了设备的使用寿命。The importance of the SO_(2) fan in the smelting gas acid production system,the basic principle of its lubrication system are introduced.During operation,the auxiliary oil pump cannot automatically stop after the SO_(2) fan is normally turned on.The fault is analyzed,the first-stage pressure control valve is modified,and the processing gasket is installed on the top of the valve spring.When the oil pressure of the lubrication pipeline reaches 0.8 MPa,the valve opens automatically.After the modification the problem that the auxiliary oil pump cannot be shut down was effectively solved,the stability of the SO_(2) fan lubrication system was improved,and the service life of the equipment was extended.
