摘　　要：本项目以某铜矿为研究背景,建立了一套有效的智能充填生产信息管理系统,其基于成熟的开发服务平台构建,具有充填现场实时数据采集与存储、工艺过程监控、设备管理、工艺报表管理、物料管理、成本分析、实验管理、劳动分析、移动终端信息发布和系统运维管理等功能模块。系统运行后,可以有效提升充填效率和设备安全,降低成本,为该铜矿建设新型智能化矿山提供了手段。This project is researched based on a copper mine,a set of effective intelligent backfilling production information management system is established.It is constructed based on a mature development service platform,which has real-time data acquisition and storage,process monitoring,management of equipments,management of process reports,management of materials,cost analysis,management of experiments,labor analysis,release of mobile terminal information and management of system operation and maintenance,etc.After the operation of system,backfilling efficiency and equipment safety can be effectively improved,and the cost can be reduced,which provides a means for the copper mine to build a new intelligent mine.
