摘 要:水槽盲沟整流装置因其结构的复杂性难以在数学模型中建模。本文基于Owen等的金属筛网整流理论,建立了应用于SPH(WCSPH)方法的数值整流区域。基于弱可压SPH方法,建立了二维波流水槽的数值模型。通过将流速边界条件与周期性边界条件相结合,实现了稳定的流场。经过粒子间距有效性分析和与物理模型实验结果的对比,验证了数值模型的合理性。通过有无数值整流区域时水槽内部流场的稳定性对比分析,论证了数值整流区域可以降低水槽出水口处流态的不均匀性,达到与实际盲沟整流网相近的效果。因此,本文中的数值整流段可以模拟实际的整流装置。Because of the structure complexity,mesh rectifying network is difficult to simulate in numerical water flume.Based on metal mesh rectification theory by Owen etc.,a numerical rectification region ap⁃plied to SPH method is designed.Based on the weak compressible smooth partial hydrodynamics,a 2-D wave-flow water flume model is established.Periodic boundary conditions,combined with velocity boundary conditions,are utilized to generate the stable flow field.The validity of the numerical simulation results has been ensured by validity analysis of distance between particles and comparation with physical modeling experiments.By comparing and analyzing the stability of the flow field inside the flume with or without nu⁃merical rectifying region,it is proved that the numerical rectifying region can reduce the unevenness of the flow state at the outlet of the flume,and achieve the effect similar to the actual mesh rectifying network.So,this method can be used to simulate the actual mesh rectifying network.
