水温对竖缝式鱼道中齐口裂腹鱼上溯行为影响试验研究

摘　　要：水温是影响鱼类上溯行为不可忽视的因素之一,本研究在竖缝式鱼道水工模型中进行了齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼的过鱼试验,研究的水温变化范围为13~21℃,通过提取通过率与通过时间参数对齐口裂腹鱼的上溯行为进行了定量分析,并采用统计分析软件SPSS进行了检验。研究发现在开展试验的水温范围内,水温对齐口裂腹鱼上溯行有显著影响(P=0.032):过鱼通过率随水温升高呈递减趋势(R^(2)=0.82),13~16℃水温条件下,试验鱼的通过率较高;通过时间随水温上升大体呈递增趋势,且具有统计学意义。Water temperature is one of the key factors affecting fish migration.In this study,fish passing tests about schizothorax prenanti were carried out in the hydraulic model of vertical slot fishway.In the wa⁃ter temperature range from 13 to 21℃,the effects of passage rate and passage time on migratory behavior of schizothorax prenanti were quantitatively analyzed and tested by statistical analysis software SPSS.It has been found that in the range of water temperature from 13 to 21℃,the water temperature has a significant effect on the schizothorax prenanti migration(P=0.032).The passing rate of the fish decreases with the in⁃crease of water temperature(R^(2)=0.82).The passing rate of the tested fish is higher under the water temper⁃ature from 13 to 16℃.Passing time increases with the increase of water temperature,which has statistical significance.
