摘 要:为取消捏合块的应用,自主研制了一种差速摄动环螺纹元件,对转速比为2∶1的同向差速双螺杆挤出机进行改造,使用带摄动环的差速双螺杆挤出机、传统等速双螺杆挤出机和差速双螺杆挤出机制备聚丙烯(PP)/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)复合材料,并对PP/ABS复合材料的相形态和力学性能进行表征和分析。通过摄动环差速双螺杆挤出机制备的PP/ABS复合材料中的分散相表现出最小的直径和最佳均匀分布。与传统双螺杆挤出机相比,摄动环差速双螺杆挤出机制备的PP/ABS复合材料表现出更好的力学性能:拉伸强度提高9.21%~21.95%、弯曲强度提高了16.1%~19.48%、冲击性能提高了40.56%~77.62%。拉伸和弯曲性能与差速双螺杆相比,制备的PP/ABS复合材料也提高了6.93%~11.24%和8.53%~15.47%。力学性能的提高是由于上下啮合区拓扑流道的变化以及摄动环和机筒间存在的窄间隙产生的拉伸场作用导致的。A new type of dual-speed perturbation-ring elements was self-developed to replace the traditional kneading elements,which were assembled into co-rotating dual-speed non-twin screw extruder with a speed ratio of 2∶1.Polypropylene(PP)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)composites were prepared by a traditional co-rotating twin screw extruder,a co-rotating dualspeed non-twin screw extruder,and a co-rotating dual-speed non-twin screw extruder with perturbation-ring elements,respectively.The morphologies and mechanical properties of PP/ABS composites were characterized and analyzed.The dispersive phase droplets prepared via dual-speed non-twin screw extruder exhibited the smallest diameters and best distributions.Compared with the traditional co-rotating non-twin screw extruder,the composites prepared via co-rotating dual-speed non-twin screw extruder exhibite better mechanical properties:an increase of 9.21%-21.95%in tensile strength,16.1%-19.48%in bending,and 40.56%-77.62%in impact performance,respectively.In addition,the co-rotating dual-speed non-twin screw extruder with perturbation-ring elements resultes in an increase of 6.93%-11.24%in the tensile strength and 8.53%-15.47%in bending strength when compared with the co-rotating dual-speed non-twin screw extruder.The improves mechanical properties are resulted from the topology change in the upper and bottom intermeshing regions and the elongation provided by the existence of elongation in the gaps between the barrel and perturbationrings.
