摘  要:通过高锰酸钾联合润湿剂预处理的方法,不仅实现了丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)与高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PS–HI)高质量的浮选分离,同时降低了润湿剂使用浓度。接触角测试结果和浮选结果证明,高锰酸钾预处理后ABS的接触角下降大于PS–HI,使ABS润湿性提升高于PS–HI,导致ABS的上浮率低于PS–HI。同时考察了高锰酸钾预处理后润湿剂浓度、润湿时间和起泡剂浓度对浮选结果的影响。结果显示ABS与PS–HI经过高锰酸钾预处理后,在润湿剂浓度为5 mg/L,润湿时间为4 min,起泡剂浓度为35 mg/L的条件下,ABS的回收率和纯度可以分别达到90.07%和95.34%,PS–HI的回收率和纯度可以分别达到95.48%和90.45%。Through the pretreatment of potassium permanganate combined with wetting agent,not only the flotation separation of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)and high impact polystyrene(PS–HI)with high quality was realized,but also the concentration of wetting agent was reduced.The contact angle test and flotation results show that the contact angle of ABS after potassium permanganate pretreatment decreases more than PS–HI,so that the wettability of ABS is improved higher than PS–HI,resulting in the flotation recovery rate of ABS lower than PS–HI.At the same time,the effects of wetting agent concentration,wetting time and frother concentration on flotation results were investigated.The results show that after ABS and PS–HI are pretreated by potassium permanganate,under the conditions of the concentration of wetting agent is 5 mg/L,the wetting time is 4 min,the concentration of frother concentration is 35 mg/L.The recovery and purity of ABS can reach 90.07%and 95.34%,respectively,and the recovery and purity of PS–HI can reach 95.48%and 90.45%,respectively.
