摘  要:选取Q235钢、聚乳酸(PLA)、尼龙6(PA6)、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚丙烯(PP)6种材质制备弹头,基于自行搭建的实验平台来探究弹头材料对水驱动弹头辅助注塑(W–PAIM)管件残余壁厚和内壁质量的影响。研究发现,金属弹头因其较高的热传导,在其表面形成凝固层,穿透过程中在剪切作用下又被剥落,导致管件壁厚和内壁质量前后差异较大;弹头材质和成型材料相同时,因二者相容粘结严重,导致管件壁厚偏薄、波动大,内壁质量差;PLA,PA6,ABS和PTFE 4种弹头成型的W–PAIM管件残余壁厚与弹头材料的维卡软化点温度间存在强相关,弹头材料的维卡软化点温度越低,管件残余壁厚越薄;弹头材料的热变形温度会影响弹头完成穿透后触及模具壁面后的变形程度,对弹头穿透截面的影响不明显。机加工的PA6树脂弹头因其维卡软化点温度较高,使得其成型的管件的质量最佳。In order to investigate the influence of projectile material on the residual wall thickness(RWT)and inner wall quality of water projection assisted injection molding(W–PAIM)pipe,six materials,including Q235 steel,polylactic acid(PLA),nylon 6(PA6),acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic(ABS),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and polypropylene(PP)were selected to process projectiles and W–PAIM experiments were carried out based on our lab-developed equipment.It is found that a solidified layer formed on the metal projectile for its high heat conduction and peeled off under the shear action during the process of penetration,resulting in a large difference in the wall thickness and inner wall quality between the front and rear parts of the W–PAIM pipe.The RWT of pipe formed by a PP projectile is thin and fluctuated obviously and the quality of inner wall is poor due to the completely compatibility and serious adhesion between the projectile and the molding material them.There is a strong correlation between the residual wall thickness of W–PAIM pipe formed by PLA,PA6,ABS and PTFE projectile and the Vicat softening point temperature(VST).The lower the VST of projectile material,the thinner the RWT of pipe.The thermal deformation temperature of the projectile material affects the deformation of the projectile after its penetration,and has no obvious effect on the penetration section.Because the Vicat softening point temperature of PA6 resin is higher,the quality of pipe formed by machine made PA6 resin projectile is the best.
