摘 要:以CO_(2)和缩水甘油醚为原料合成了环状碳酸酯,通过环状碳酸酯与偶联剂KH–550的氨基反应制备两种新型表面改性剂,与KH–550分别对玄武岩纤维(BF)进行改性,得到三种改性纤维KBF,KBF–P,KBF–B。采用双螺杆挤出机共混制备了改性玄武岩纤维增强尼龙66(PA66)复合材料,考察其力学性能和吸水率;采用扫描电子显微镜、热同步分析仪对复合材料的微观结构和热稳定性进行研究。结果表明,与未改性的复合材料相比,纤维质量分数为20%的PA66/KBF–B复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、无缺口冲击强度分别提高了5.5%,5.9%,25.5%;随着KBF–B含量的增加,PA66/KBF–B复合材料的力学性能均得到提高,当KBF–B质量分数达到40%时,PA66/KBF–B的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、无缺口冲击强度比纯PA66提高了161.1%,148.7%,112.7%,且优于相同纤维质量分数的PA66/玻璃纤维复合材料;PA66/KBF–B复合材料的饱和吸水率仅为3.8%且具有优良的热稳定性。KBF–B表面粗糙,与PA66具有良好的相容性。Cyclic carbonate was synthesized using CO_(2) and glycidyl ether as raw materials.Two novel surface modifiers were prepared by reacting the cyclic carbonate with the amino group of coupling agent KH–550.Three modified basalt fiber(BF)named as KBF,KBF–P and KBF–B were obtained by three modification agent(KH550 and the two synthesized products).Modified basalt fiber-reinforced nylon 66(PA66)composites were prepared in a twin-screw extruder.Mechanical properties and water absorption behavior of the composites were investigated.Microstructure and thermal stability of the composites were evaluated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermal synchronization analyzer.The results show that compared with the unmodified composite material,the tensile,flexural and unnotched impact strengths of PA66/KBF–B can be increased by 5.5%,5.9%,and 25.5%when the fiber mass fraction is 20%respectively.With the increase of KBF–B,the mechanical properties of PA66/KBF–B tend to be improved gradually.When the mass fraction of KBF–B reaches 40%,the tensile,bending,the unnotched impact strength would be 161.1%,148.7%,112.7%higher than pure PA66,which is also better than the glass fiber reforicenced composite with the same fiber mass fraction.The saturated water absorption of PA66/KBF–B composite is only 3.8%.Thermal stability of this composite are super to the analogues.With the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),it can be found that the miscibility between KBF–B and PA66 is pretty good.
