摘 要:内蒙古岱海发电有限责任公司4号机组制粉系统长期存在磨煤机入口一次风量偏差现象,尤其是一次风母管靠近两侧末端的2号、5号磨煤机尤为严重,影响机组安全稳定经济运行。通过建模数值模拟分析,确定原因为入口一次风管道结构不合理。通过优化空预器出口竖直管段与一次风母管道连接处、一次风支管与母管连接处、支管与一次风母管底部连接处的直角布置结构,4号机组制粉系统一次风量偏差现象基本消除,不仅解决了由于一次风量偏差影响制粉系统安稳运行的问题,而且降低了制粉系统阻力及一次风机电耗率。No.4 unit pulverizing system of Inner Mongolia Daihai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has a long-term phenomenon of primary air volume deviation at the entrance of coal mill,especially the No.2 and No.5 coal mills near the end of primary air duct are particularly serious,which affects the safe,stable and economic operation of the unit.After modeling and numerical simulation analysis,the reason is that the structure of primary air duct is inappropriate.By optimizing the right angle layout structure of the connection between the vertical pipe section of the air preheater outlet and the primary air main pipe,the connection between the primary air branch pipe and the main pipe,and the connection between the branch pipe and the bottom of the primary air main pipe,the deviation of primary air volume in pulverizing system of No.4 unit is basically eliminated.It not only solves the problem of the deviation of the primary air volume affecting the stable operation of the pulverizing system,but also reduces the resistance of the pulverizing system and the power consumption rate of the primary air fan.
