摘 要:目的探讨白噪声干预对ICU重症患者镇静药物用量的影响。方法选取2019年1月1日至6月30日入住河北某三级甲等医院急诊重症监护病房(emergency intensive care unit,EICU)且接受镇静治疗的96例患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组、对照组,各48例。观察期间,实验组于每日22:00—06:00给予50~60分贝的白噪声干预;对照组患者给予正常环境音。结果实验组患者的右美托咪定维持剂量为(0.34±0.07)μg/(kg·h),对照组其维持剂量为(0.40±0.10)μg/(kg·h),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白噪声干预对镇静药物的用量有影响,可以加强镇静药物的镇静效果,从而减少镇静药物用量。Objective To investigate the effect of white noise intervention on the dosage of sedative drugs in ICU patients.Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to the Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU)of a level-III first-class hospital in Hebei province from January 1,2019 to June 30,2019 were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,48 patients in each group.During the observation period,the observation group was given 50-60 decibels of white noise for intervention at 22:00-06:00 daily.Patients in the control group were exposed to normal ambient sounds.Results The maintenance dose of dexmedetomidine was(0.34±0.07)μg/(kg·h)in the observation group and(0.40±0.10)μg/(kg·h)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion White noise intervention can enhance the sedative effect of sedative drugs and reduce the dosage of sedative drugs.
