摘  要:本文采用SOLIDWORKS建模和CFX流场模拟软件对双吸离心风机Y6-2X31NO18F整机进行数值模拟计算,以探讨不同进气结构(平行进气箱、无进气箱、对称分叉进气箱、非对称分叉进气箱)对双吸离心风机的影响。研究结果表明:从多变效率和全压的角度考虑,大流量的双吸离心风机采用带对称裤衩进气箱更为合适;对于小流量的双吸离心风机,建议采用无进气箱,其全压最大,但效率相对比较低。带进气箱的双吸离心风机在使用过程中存在叶轮与蜗壳的匹配问题,蜗舌、叶轮轴盘和进气箱的进风口段是影响风机性能的主要因素,而无进气箱的轴盘对风机性能影响的不可忽略。In this paper,SolidWorks modeling and CFX flow field simulation software are used to carry out numerical simulation calculation for Y6-2X31NO18F double suction centrifugal fan,in order to explore the influence of different inlet boxes(parallel inlet box,no inlet box,symmetrical bifurcate inlet box and unsymmetric bifurcate inlet box)on double suction centrifugal fan.The results show that:considering the perspective of efficiency and total pressure,it is more appropriate to adopt symmetrical bifurcate inlet box for large flow double suction centrifugal fans;for small flow double suction centrifugal fans,it is recommended to adopt the structure without inlet box,but its efficiency is relatively low;The doublesuction centrifugal fan with inlet box has the problem of matching between impeller and volute that the volute tongue,impeller shaft disc and inlet section of the air inlet box are main factors affecting the performance of the fan,while the influence of the shaft disc without the inlet box on the fan performance cannot be ignored.
