摘  要:以国内首台天津整体煤气化联合循环电站关键设备低热值合成气燃气轮机为研究对象,通过机理分析等手段,搭建了针对该燃气轮机的仿真系统。介绍了该仿真系统模型的结构。通过对比不同燃料不同负荷的稳定运行工况下,以及燃料切换的动态过程下,燃气轮机仿真系统与现场实际测试的数据,得出稳定工况下,仿真系统与实际运行参数误差小于5%,动态过程下主要运行参数如燃气轮机负荷,平均误差小于1%,最大误差小于10%。表明搭建的低热值合成气燃气轮机仿真系统能够实现准确对现场燃气轮机运行过程的仿真。A simulation system of low heating value syngas gas turbine which is the key equipment of first integrated coal gasification and combined cycle power plant in Tianjin,China has been constructed by mechanism analysis.This gas turbine simulation system is introduced in this paper.By comparing the data of the gas turbine system and the actual test operation under the steady operating conditions of different fuels and different loads and the dynamic process of fuel changeover,it is concluded that the main error between the simulation system and the actual operation under steady operations is less than 5%.For the operating parameters under dynamic process such as gas turbine load,the average error is less than 1%and the maximum error is less than 10%.This comparison validated that the gas turbine simulation system can simulate accurately the gas turbine operation process.
