摘 要:为解决铁路隧道工程预算定额人工费不足的问题,特别是高原环境下铁路隧道预算定额人工费差额严重的现状,从铁路隧道预算定额中隧道工程分册定额人工费的变化情况角度出发,指出宝兰客运专线、西延高铁等案例中隧道工程实际存在的人工费短缺情况,并结合高原环境下隧道施工环境的困难性,分析解决目前铁路隧道工程尤其是高原环境下人工费短缺问题的必要性。结果表明:在高原环境下铁路隧道施工中预算定额工日标准应根据工程特点进行适宜的调增,不应采用目前的82元/工日。The labor cost in the budget quota of railway tunnel engineering is insufficient,especially in plateau areas.Therefore,considering the change in labor cost in tunnel engineering volume quota in the budget quota of railway tunnels,a case study is conducted on the labor-cost shortage in tunnels of Baoji-Lanzhou passenger-dedicated line and Xi′an-Yan′an high-speed railway.Then,the necessity of solving the labor-cost shortage in railway tunnel engineering,especially in plateau areas is analyzed,considering the difficulty of tunnel construction in plateau environments.The results show that in a plateau environment,the present budgeted quota per working day(RMB82 yuan)should be appropriately increased according to the nature of the project.
