摘  要:为能在抽水蓄能电站进厂交通洞施工中创造TBM应用条件,实现TBM在多座抽水蓄能电站进厂交通洞施工中的多站连打,以国内拟建的多个抽水蓄能电站进厂交通洞为研究对象,通过分析已建抽水蓄能电站进厂交通洞断面特性,确定其断面尺寸范围,优化钢岔管、机电设备、施工交通等控制断面设计的因素,找出基于TBM施工的设计断面控制因素为机电设备,并对一次开挖成型和二次扩挖底板仰拱的断面设计方案进行比较研究。研究结果表明:一次开挖成型或者二次扩挖底板仰拱均可满足进厂交通洞功能需要,其中通过二次扩挖底板仰拱形成的有效断面最大,所需的TBM设备直径最小,综合施工难度不大,风险可控,且工期满足抽水蓄能电站总体需要。To create application conditions for TBM in traffic tunnel construction of a pumped storage power station and achieve the continuous operation of TBM,the cross-section characteristics of traffic tunnels of a pumped storage power station,which is to be built,are analyzed.The cross-section size range is determined and the cross-section design control factors like the steel branch pipe,electromechanical equipment,and construction traffic are optimized.It is found that based on TBM,the electromechanical equipment is the design control factor for tunnel cross-section.Further,two cross-section design schemes,i.e.one-time excavation and invert enlargement construction,are relatively analyzed.The research results show that the two cross-section design schemes can meet the functional requirements of traffic tunnels,while the effective cross-section excavated by invert enlargement construction is larger than that of one-time excavation.The TBM diameter is smaller,and the comprehensive construction difficulty is less than that of one-time excavation,which can meet the overall needs of the pumped storage power station.
