摘 要:目的基于HIMSS 6级信息技术,采用临床对照研究,观察该技术对医嘱发生差错次数及类型的影响。方法应用HIMSS 6级信息技术后用药错误医嘱为研究组,应用该技术前用药错误医嘱为对照组,比较2组错误医嘱的数量和类型。结果应用该技术后医嘱临界错误265条,其中,用法用量204条(76.98%),剂型或给药途径56条(21.13%),重复用药5条(1.89%),配伍禁忌0条,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);药师调配医嘱临界错误71条,其中,高警示药品配错48条(67.60%),患儿集中取药时段配错18条(25.35%),位置相邻配错5条(7.04%),均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用HIMSS 6级信息技术,减少用药差错,保证了患儿用药安全。Objective To study the efficacy of HIMSS stage 6 on the number and types of medication order errors.Methods Data of medication order errors after application of HIMSS stage 6 technology were collected as the study group,and data of medication order errors before application of HIMSS stage 6 technology were collected as the control group.The number and types of medication order errors were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of this technology,there were 265 borderline errors in medication orders,including 204(76.98%)of usage and dosage,56(21.13%)of dosage form or route of administration,5(1.89%)of repeated drug use,and 0 contraindication,which were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were 71 borderline errors in pharmacists’dispensing orders,including 48 cases of high warning drugs(67.60%),18(25.35%)in peak time of drug dispense,5(7.04%)in adjacent placing,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using HIMSS stage 6 technology can reduce medication errors and ensure medication safety for children.
