摘 要:利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对压气缸电镀银过程进行仿真计算,探讨了阴极分布方式、阴极间距和阴极悬挂方式对镀层厚度分布的影响,并进行实验验证。结果表明,工件均匀分布在整个电解槽中时镀层均匀性较好。阴极悬挂方式会影响工件表面镀层厚度分布,当工件刚好占满整个电解液深度时,镀层厚度分布最均匀,但为了防止槽底的沉渣附着到工件上,工件应与槽底保持一定距离。此外,工件数量较多时,阴极间距过小会造成镀层出现阴阳面,上下错开的悬挂方式可改善此情况。电镀银实验表明,该模型的模拟结果与实测数据相近。The distribution of coating thickness on pressure cylinder during silver electroplating was simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics software.The effects of configuration,interspacing,and hanging mode of cathodes on coating thickness distribution were studied computationally,and the rationality of the simulation model was verified experimentally.It was found that the uniformity of coating thickness was the best when workpieces were evenly distributed in electroplating tank.The hanging mode of cathode affected the uniformity of coating.The ideal depth of electroplating bath was equal to the height of cathode.However,the bottom of workpiece should be kept a reasonable distance from the bottom of electroplating tank to avoid the attachement of sediment.In addition,as the cathode interspacing was decreased with the increasing of workpiece quantity,a huge difference in the distribution of coating thickness occurred.The uniformity of coating thickness could be improved by alternatively hanging the workpieces in two rows up and down.The practical electroplating experiment showed that the results simulated by the given model had few differences with the experimental results.
