摘 要:以防砂筛管的基管材质N80钢为基体电镀镍钨合金。分析了镍钨合金镀层的微观形貌、化学成分、耐砂粒磨损性能、抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂性能以及高温高压腐蚀性能。结果表明,镍钨合金镀层平整、致密,厚度及元素分布均匀,具有优异的耐砂粒磨损性能和抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂性能,且在典型深水油气藏工况条件下,其表面形成了一层致密的钝化膜,腐蚀速率远低于N80钢基材,属于轻度腐蚀。A Ni-W alloy coating was electroplated on the surface of sand control screen pipe made of N80 steel.The microstructure,chemical composition,sand abrasion resistance,hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking resistance,as well as high temperature and high pressure corrosion resistance of the Ni-W alloy coating were analyzed.It was shown that the Ni-W alloy coating was smooth and compact with uniform distribution of thickness and elements.The Ni-W alloy coating featured excellent resistance to sand abrasion and hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking.Its corrosion rate in typical deep-water oil and gas reservoir environment was much lower than that of N80 steel substrate,and only slight corrosion occurred for the Ni-W alloy coating,which was attributed to the formation of a compact passivation film on its surface.
